Pros

Co-workers are great and work as a family.

Cons

Benefits are terrible and get worse every year, they do NOT give raises and have had a freeze on raises for over 9 years, they rarely replace employees that quit or retire, management and HR do not resolve the conflict between employees even when it is harassment, it's almost impossible to move up in the company and when you do there is no raise or benefits for the move.
