Not a great company at all

Pros

A steady paycheck. One that (in 6yrs), never increased because we never got a raise or bonus. So, yes...absolutely steady.

Cons

-no raises -no bonuses -management keeps you in the dark -they don't want the best of the best, they want a cog who is entirely replaceable -minimal standard vacation time -minimal to no perks -no upward mobility -former CEO was called out by a presidential candidate for being one of the greediest CEO's during the recession -clients should also beware as RRD offers a bad customer experience. RRD often over promises to get contracts and under delivers. By over promising they place the blame on under supported employees and often that leads to employees that are constantly under pressure to perform in a workplace where no one is pleased with their work, not the manager, not the employee, not the client and not the board members. -often times the sales force tasked with getting contracts will price a job so low that the job itself is compromised

Pros

It use to be salary, but that all changed when this company took on employees from Pandick in the mid 1990's.

Cons

No incentive of any kind; employees are made to believe that they're useless outside of production areas into other companies, in order to retain what little they have for “talented employees.” No union, so HR will always side on the person being complained about. Not an LGBT-friendly environment; women promote to senior positions easier and better than men; rules are applied to those that aren't favored by management.
