My coworkers are amazing and make my time at the office enjoyable and the projects I get (when I get them) are enough to keep me busy and interested

Cons

Corporate management is very slow to act. They seem to be hanging on to some antiquated notions. There is very little room for innovation, and this affects all levels. Can be hard to advance. The pay is below base for the area for comparable jobs and will apparently continue to be this way.

No more work pressure, timely in and out, open door policy, proper leave policies, no overtime required, proper cab facilities.

Cons

No good pay, no growth, no heirerchy, no proper management and no recognition, no performance measurement system, no learning, caters to the content of the org not the intent, time based work and not quantity/qualiity based.
