Pros
1. Very good training 2. Very supportive HR teams 3. On time Salary and bonus payment 4. Understanding Managers and they will do their maximum to help you out.
Cons
1. There is very little to no learning in production space. You will be continuously working in MS office tools (Excel and PPT). 2. Salary is below industry standards for non graphic designers 3. High stress environment. Sometimes it will drive a person crazy. 4. It will take a lot of time to grow in the organization if you start from the bottom. 5. This is an important point - Frequent shift changes (morning/ evening/ night), It changes once in 4 weeks. Also, it is very difficult to get leave on holidays as most of the company works in 24/7 model.
