Pros

You can make very good money if you're able to win some big accounts. Some of the best solutions in the industry if you can implement them properly. New management is trying to bring us out of the stone age and into the digital age.

Cons

- It's the wild west in terms of calling on prospects or existing business. There's no "my account". The company is okay with anyone that's not in your specific sales vertical calling on your existing account and calls it "collaboration". Any rep can call on any prospect and many times multiple reps call on the same contact. - Big and slow. We're the biggest but also many times the hardest to work with. Rarely does a project or job run without some issue. I've lost accounts because we aren't flexible to the clients needs. - Pay plan has changed 4 times in as many years. - Many clients feel like a small fish in a big pond and it's often true. If your account isn't the big fish, you really have to fight hard for resources to take care of that account.
