      Located in central Chennai and one can find mansion in Triplicane which is less than 2 km from this place

      Request shift Rotation and too many levels. Even some one is promoted they continue to do same job

      Pros

      Fast paced environment during proxy and filing season. IPOs, M&A documents you could sense the importance of them. Work with high level customers - attorneys, CXOs, investment bankers. Family environment, made some good friends. Some good mentors for me at the time were there.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow and increase salary. Slow to change, they do printing after all, fading medium..

      Pros

      I worked for Vestcom into Bowne into RRD. It was a great learning experience but once RRD acquisition occur things went down the hill or rather not same at all. I worked there for total of just about 12 years.

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication in any process change or any kind of information that should matter to employee.
