Pros

Good technology, good people, good customer base if you can keep them.

Cons

The company is exercising a death wish by trying to run multi-million dollar operations with no management or supervision. Trying to do too much with too little. Everyone is working as hard as they can, putting in tons of hours to try to cover everything. Then the next year it happens all over again with no changes. Long time, loyal employees are getting fed up and leaving.

The company is large and stable and not likely to fold in the near future. They have lots of product offerings so have need for a very diverse team with a wide range of expertise.

Cons

Long hours for salaried employees expected. They are used and abused to the point of breakdown then are discarded unceremoniously. Pay is below industry standard.
