      Good experience, some people couldn't handle the high paced environment or the drama.

      Fun work, typical Project Management (communicating with many departments within the organization and with the customer)

      Cons

      Heavy work load, company downsizing which led to more work being distributed to existing personnel, everything driven by the bottom line, Always on call, any problem, the project manager gets called, poor and expensive health benefits, poor salary, no 401k match, not much advancement potential, political office environment

      Competitive pay, can quickly gain good working relationships in mid-level or non-office positions

      Cons

      Leadership positions seemed to attract the wrong sort of people, perception of little accountability in higher ranks, clear favoritism shown.
