      One of the best places to start a career

      Pros

      Team members are friendly. Work pressure is manageable in most cases. In my opinion, one of the best places to start a career in BPO.

      Cons

      Salary package could be a drawback for many, night shifts can be tedious in the long run especially if you are required to work for six nights a week. Also, getting sick leave can be a tough call at times.

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with. It is a blue-collar environment. Fellow coworkers are honest and upfront about workflow and how they feel about you. Not really any politics. Good location. A lot of free parking. Fellow workers will train you on what you need to know to get the job done.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty good but not on the high end. This could be because of the decline in the print industry. The benefits are average which you have to partially pay for out of each paycheck. 2 weeks vacation. Computers, staff room, and general decor are pretty old.
