      Actually, none. Nothing good I can say about this company at all.

      Way too many. The upper management does not provide incentives for each employee. You have to be a top performer in order to get a very small incentive. Client constantly demands for tasks to be finished DIRECTLY to agents and not to the client manager. Very unprofessional. The upper management does NOTHING about it. We always work overtime everyday and on weekends just to meet the client's expectations. Basically this company has no regards to their employees considering the time and hardwork the employees put at work. Employee appreciation does is not in their vocabulary.

      night shift,less salary..everything else is fine and there are no cons except the shift
