      I am still happy to hve a job!

      Cons

      The longer I am part of this company our benefits have dwindled to almost nothing. We were added to RRDonelly through acquisition, not our preference, our insurance is horrible and expensive, we had 401k match suspended, you have to jump through alot of hoops to get a cost of living raise if you are kiss enough butt to get one, but I am sure our upper management will get their raises and bonuses.

      Pros

      Good people, plenty of opportunities to work on new technologies, continuous acquisitions keeps everyone on their toes. Lot of opportunity to learn on the job. Very complex environment helps refine skills.

      Cons

      Not enough incentives to perform - Average to bad salaries. Not many opportunities to move around different job functions. Respected but dying industry overall - lower margins are putting pressure in all spheres of the company
