Pros
The only thing I like about working for RR Donnelley is my supervisor, who is awesome.
Cons
The rest of the company does not have good benefits nor do they give employees an incetive for working harder or better, or towards anything. I just recovered $800,000 of invoices that were to be paid to RRD, in which someone had screwed up and did not bill them. I received a "thanks" with a promise of a raise...now it's 3 months with no raise just a false promise. The print industry is not exactly flourishing right now (Target, JCP, Kohls magazines). I have been here for 8 years and watched the company stock and jobs fall. Every year we get slower and slower and many get laid off.
