      RR Donnelley was a good company to work for but not no more.

      Pros

      RR Donnelley was once a company that was family-oriented, great benefits and they held many workshops to train and encourage their employees.

      Cons

      With the printing industry declining they have increased their benefits, ceased their pension fund, and there has been no raises in 2 years. They are currently in the process of a workforce reduction by 8%.

      *steady paycheck *lots of overtime if you want it *location of office is close to metro

      Cons

      *there is no growth, people here have worked the same position for over 10 years *no real pay increases for the last few years *health benefits are not good

      Pros

      Most center around current boss. He is very flexible and provides good leadership. Also, provides the opportunity to live in a great place for families.

      Cons

      Company provides a limited growth and provides poor increases annually. Three of the 11 years I have worked here, there has bee no increase and many other years it is limited 1-3 %
