Cons

Very complicated work systems. Technology not shared among departments and production, so learning the systems and how they work can take years.

Good direction and clear communication from management. Reporting manager provided weekly projects with deadlines. If there were questions or issues, informed manager. He made adjustments on assignment due dates accordingly.

Cons

IT technical support is very slow.

The benifits are good enough compared to other BPO. There is surely a work life balance There is a room to grow your career internally

Cons

Some of the policies are still based on other counterpart countries which is not applicable locally There are some policies which should be reviewed as not all are applicable to the other departments
