We need more projects to maintain the standard of the BPO sector. When people leave RRD and try to go back, there is no scope for them.

Pros

The pay was very good (though I had to negotiate before accepting the job) and I met some bright, interesting fun people - both on the agency side and the client side.

Cons

My team and I were almost 100% off-site - either working from home or working at the clients' office. Though we appreciated the flexibility, RR Donnelley was inept at keeping in touch, inviting us to team-building events, keeping us in touch with HR, etc. It was quite isolating.
