Pros

They have some awesome people to work with. They have some major accounts and you can get get good experience working with them, but don't plan on making it a career.

Cons

Work/Life balance is skewed. Management does not care about employees and doesn't listen. They have an open door policy, but don't believe it. They use it to weed out employees and use it to get rid of them or punish them.

Pros

Paychecks are just enough to hook people Occasional small perks (strictly bones thrown) International company, offices are everywhere, allowing various transfer options Willing to take on and train younger/inexperienced people (to turn into clones)

Cons

Pay increases are hard to come by Hours/work expected do not allow for the slightest work/life balance Underhanded actions are common within management The Grunts are miserable Middle Management is too far overstretched to run anything properly Upper Management cares only how much money you're lining their pockets with Good employees get more work, slackers are rewarded Stress levels lead to meltdowns quite frequently (in our office) Whistleblowers are NOT protected, quite the opposite High employee turnover due to poor treatment
