      Great people and very family friendly

      Cons

      Don't expect to advance past your current position as many people stay at RRD for 10+ years and the industry it is in is not very growth oriented, so there is not much in the way of expansion opportunities.

      The companies capabilities are top notch in comparison to the rest of the printing industry and therefore the tool-belt of tools is unmatched.

      Cons

      The most frustrating aspect of RRD is the relative difficulty of getting jobs & work through the corporation and into the right production facility.
