Fortune 500 company that is a leader in the printing industry. Company is growing through acquisition and has diverse offerings. Company's acquisition allow company to continue as leader in industry.

Cons

Company does not match 401K, pension plan seems not as good as other industries, and unfortunately experiencing shrinking margins and shrinking industry.

Pros

One of the stronger printing companies in a very volatile and shrinking industry. Has actually paid out bonuses during very hard economic times.

Cons

Not much reason to work in the entire industry due to shrinking profit margins, lack of benefits and low employee morale. RRD has done nothing to make them look like a beneficial place to work.
