They provide the resources required to do your job. As long as you are producing, they don't micro-manage. People treat each other well.

Cons

Based on the merit increases, the longer you work here - the more underpaid you become.

Dying industry with senior management not taking steps necessary to ensure company's future. Senior management does not communicate with the rest of the company, and gives off the impression of not having time for their employees.
