It is an good short term position if you have limited experience in the work force

Cons

During the first year of employment, employees receive one week of vacation and with limited holidays. The company has retailers hours. Also, nepotism is widely practice at the facility which slims a chance of advancement if you are not a friend or family member. The last thing is lack of ownership, production manager do little but make alot of excuses for not completing assignments on time while blaming projects managers.
