Frustrated with all levels of management; does anyone ever tell the truth and put anything down in writing?

Work with some outstanding and talented people who really do care.

Cons

Management is too busy "micro-managing" our jobs. They don't take care of their own and it shows. We work with the constant fear of being let go; not a great way to start your day everyday.

Good pay, good benefits, employees treated well. small company feel Overall, I had a positive experience with the company, wish they weren't acquired

Cons

Politics, Management did not always recognize and deal with issues of poor performance. Towards the end of the company there were a lot of cut backs and layoffs which lead to a decline in employee morale.
