Getting to work with some great co-workers. New ideas are always welcomed and encouraged. Management is flexible when time off is needed.

Cons

Compensation does not seem par for the course when looking around at other large corporations. Raises and bonuses are not in-line with the industry.

Global company with lots of opportunitity, latest technology. Mostly quality managers that have worked up through the ranks and understand the challenges. Even the largest of pressrooms are clean working environments.
