RR Donnelley is a godd company to be part because it face several chalenges due to the technology advances, but we stil growing!.

Cons

Due to the Technology advances we are facing some problems in our sales trend, but we still growing! and wnat to be growing for several years more.

Pros

Professional arena to work. Every think will be more professional. Rule is a rule in RRD. Internal job posting, Health insurance, medical allowances, are some of the good features of RRD. Each and ever additional second in a office will be paid as OT pay

Cons

Salary is not good enough. 6 days work in a week is a hectic thing. 9 hours shift is a negative point of RRD, also week offs are not in Saturday and Sunday, Rotational shift, week off, are some of the negative face of RRD
