Pros

It use to be salary, but that all changed when this company took on employees from Pandick in the mid 1990's.

Cons

No incentive of any kind; employees are made to believe that they're useless outside of production areas into other companies, in order to retain what little they have for “talented employees.” No union, so HR will always side on the person being complained about. Not an LGBT-friendly environment; women promote to senior positions easier and better than men; rules are applied to those that aren't favored by management.

Pros

Working at RRD, I was able to use a variety of skill sets because as a developer you were in control of the full workflow process from the pre process to the post process.

Cons

The company doesn't have any process for continue salary growth. Starting employees would very often start at a higher salary than those working there for 5 years or more. Management seems to very narrow minded on helping employees growth in the company.
