Pros
um... I can't think of any off the top of my head, my whole experience there was sour. Many of the younger people at corporate headquarters felt the same way.
Cons
there is no sense of corporate pride or excitement, people put in their hours and go home. All the cost cutting has lead to an atmosphere where it is hard to get what you need to get your work done.
