Pros

Exposure to high profile clients, creating real world supply chain and print solutions that have an impact

Cons

Low pay, long hours, culturally suffocating. Employees are expected to bend over backwards to satisfy customer demands and grow the business, but are not rewarded for their efforts internally. Encouraged to work through holidays and weekends, management embraces a closed door "what's in it for me" communication style. Bad benefit options, 2 week vacation, no 401k match. The company is doing it's best to survive in a dying industry and making poor financial decisions along the way.
