The one nice thing about RRD is the flexibility to make your own schedule and work remotely if need be.

Cons

- terrible pay -terrible family leave - huge gender gap - limited room for career growth -lack of leadership - after the acquisition of valassis in 2024 there is a huge pay discrepancy between RRD employees and former Valassis employees… often times subordinates are making 1.75x what their new managers are making

Cons

Pay rate is very poor. They management is not fair for equality. HR doesn't know what they are talking about most of the time. They don't realise that some of the assembly people that are there are some great people. RR Donnelly management needs to get their heads out of their butts!
