Pros

They offer third shift for those that need it.

Cons

This is the most unorganized, unethical company I have ever experienced. You would think that they would work with more caution considering that they work with law firms but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The managers have no experience. They make up rules as they go and they could care less about their employees. Furthermore, I was hired and told it was a with from home job. Then in training I was told it is transitioning to hybrid and nothing changed. Additionally, I received a doctors note and they declined the doctors note (didn’t know you could do that). They play favorites (I was one) but I watched the manager tell another employee to start taking notes about another employee for document purposes. This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you have the opportunity to work anywhere else I would recommend it.

Pros

Team management is very helpful and nice. Everyone wish you the best and help the best they can when you’re confused. Lots of OT opportunities.

Cons

Honestly I thought it would be more of a paralegal job but it’s more of just doing the tedious work the law firm is too busy to do. Good place to start but limited growth opportunities. You can become a supervisor, yes but (at least in my team) retention is high esp first shift so the management positions are almost never vacant. Also pay can be better. Especially with Phoenix skyrocketing inflation.

Pros

Some coworkers are great and there are some smart people to learn from. Some managers and directors are great

Cons

Upper management is continually cutting costs and firing people who are good at their jobs while people who are terrible at their jobs keep them, making the good people left work even harder. Management clearly does not care one bit about the people that work at RRD and just sees each person as a cost
