Pros
RR Donnelley has a lot of buying power, stability as a large company in certain departments, and reasonably nice facilities.
Cons
The infrastructure is poorly set up, often leading to inappropriate leveling, which directly affects pay and mobility within the company. Resources are tapped beyond max in an effort to save money, but compensation is on the mid-low end with very poor increase/bonuses over the past few years.
