Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Benefits (e.g. no 401K matching, Healthcare cost is very expensive for very little coverage,...); Middle management is below par; Leadership tries to make a place for itself in the Digital Marketing area without understanding that business; Upper Mgt always asks for more, but does nothing to help, except for its quarterly "thank you all, we're the best, but..." communication.
