No room for growth or advancement. In fact, the company stifles their employees as they only seem concerned about shareholders. No raises, no bonuses.

Well run organization. Salary good. Good severance package when they closed our facility.

Cons

Constance concern that they were going to close the Eldridge facility which happened 4 years after RR Donnelley acquired the Eldridge, IA facility. The market for heat-set offset printing was continually shrinking quickly after 2010.

the ability to mess around on company time and lack of supervision especially on night shift

Cons

the gross sexual misconduct of employees to one another, childish behavior and game playing throughout the plant on a constant basis. Use of company property for own use including taking of some product outside the plant for personal use. inappropriate behavior between employees in quiet areas of the plant that are unmonitored especially during shift change. poor wages and training of new or temporary employees
