      Pay is pretty decent and competitive

      Cons

      You will get ripped into working additional jobs beyond your own. These additional jobs will not be compensated for, are often a result of mismanagement. Benefits are non-existent, no 401k match, insurance is terrible, COVID quarantine (even if exposed at work) is unpaid. Mandatory OT. Extremely limited time off ability (using the time off you’ve earned is near impossible)

      Zero communication from parent company, once hired. Inconsistent raise policy from upper management. No career path trajectory.
