Pros

Good money & worked with a lot of really good people (at least those not in management).

Cons

Your run of the mill company that's too large & always looking at the bottom line. My entire department was laid off, only to be resurrected at another location with younger employees. I feel sure this was an effort to cut back on salaries.

Pros

Love the work. Great hours. Vacation time. The co-workers were great. Managers were easy to talk with. Great commute. Insurance was fair.

Cons

I wished they did a match on the 401k. Other plants need to understand each other's capability when asking for help to get a job done.
