      Pros

      Easy job with mindless work. Talking to the other workers helps the day go by faster

      Cons

      Horrible compensation with no upward mobility for older workers. Not allowed to sit down unless you are at lunch, which is 30 min. of the 8 hour day. Inconsistent scheduling, some weeks they force you to do overtime, other weeks they call you off

      Pros

      The majority of the tax team was a pleasure to work with. They were very bright & the nature of the business offer great opportunity to work on complex issues & transactions.

      Cons

      My direct supervisor was a nightmare to work with. Simply a nightmare. Above everything else, she did NOT know how to effectively communicate & simply did NOT know how to manage people.

      Pros

      Depressing company to work for. Their basic HR strategy is making their employees feel worthless. Less and less benefits each year. We've been given 1% pay-raise across the board the last few years. Managers are clueless; basically foremen. Worst employee morale I've ever encountered, half the people should be on suicide watch.

      Cons

      Working here will make you appreciate all those other jobs you thought were depressing and dehumanizing.
