      - Colleagues want to see you succeed. - Support is easy to find - Base salary is slightly hire than national average for this position

      Cons

      - Lack of tools provided to prospect - Top Executives don't seem to care for their employees - Collaboration with other divisions can be frustrating.

      This place has no pros.

      Cons

      Came here to work thought the hours and pay were decent. Boy was I wrong. This place is micromanaged, pay horrible, no 401K, health benefits are worse than working at McDonald’s, machinery isn’t maintained, and that is just a few. Positions open all over and they can’t find people to fill them so they make anyone in the plant with relevant experience do the work, to include those in the office. And trust me you don’t get paid to help out if you know more knowledge.

      Pros

      The associate development program is a way to learn about many areas of business and get lots to hands on training. I felt it was a very valuable experience in a manufacturing environment and has helped my career in many facets.

      Cons

      Salary was not competitive, particularly considering the work demands.
