      Decent company to work for out of college.

      Pros

      People are friendly. Not much to add in this section besides the people I work with and pay day (terrible pay).

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth, no 401k match, high healthcare premium for low coverage, terrible pay, annual bonuses are next to nothing, company asks you to come in on weekends without pay, understaffed from people quitting all the time, very little training, and management does not care to listen to their employees.

      Pros

      There are none - I can't find any - I'm at a loss to say anything positive - except my coworkers

      Cons

      Poor atmosphere- employees used - no benefits- top heavy management- constant short work weeks - people leaving. No future with this company- sad - it used to be a good place to work

      Pros

      The employees that worked on the floor were the most positive and inspiring to work with. They had a lot of opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      The middle management was not professional and there was no event degree in who was in charge of who. They would throw water on each other and did not show concern for employees below them.
