Everything else. This company (at least the department I worked in) has lost it's way tremendously. From what I heard about the old days it was a great place to work, but all of those people got laid off or quit because of the quick decline. It's a dinosaur of a company who isn't changing with the industry. Good luck to whoever is still there.

The benefits are poor. No 401k match, expensive health insurance. etc. Mandatory overtime every weekend unless you work in management. Can't plan anything because you will be forced to work. People call in on the weekend. Management makes no effort to get people to cover and presses run people short. If you have plans and try to tell management you can't work they just tell you to call in and don't care. Repairs don't get done and lots of stuff doesn't work. Management ignores harassment and doesn't nothing about it. Raises are small if any. You are lucky to get 1 percent. Managers are very unprofessional.
