      RRD bought Maximum Graphic, Chaska, MN last year. 2014

      They only got 10 people out of 60+.

      Cons

      RRD bought Maximum Graphic last year. Closed it in June 2014. Wanted to move people to RRD In Chanhassen, MN or Shakopee, MN. Out of 60 people 10 went with RRD. Get the Hint RRD ?

      Pros

      RRD is stable and cares mostly about the bottom line. They have been around for 150 years and are evolving from a straight printing company to a solutions company with print being the major role.

      Cons

      The message that seems to come from above is "be happy you have a job". Every year I've been there they have taken away benefits. They took away the 401k match after offering it just 1 year. There is no additional vacation time recognizing years of service. There is no training budget or career investment. Health benefits carry a huge deductible. There are no merit salary increases so there is no motivation to do more or improve. It's an extremely de-motivating place to work.
