Overall not a bad place to work.
Pros
On an individual level, the people are great. Most are welcoming, eager to help, and forthright. There is comfort in working for a larger company with chances to move around and make connections. The benefits are nice with the typical amount of time away from work. Leadership seems to be ethical and easy to predict once you know their guiding principals.
Cons
At the corporate level, not enough money is put into their own marketing and image. Given that they sell marketing services and products, it's a little like a fat personal trainer asking you to trust that their plan will help you reach your fitness goals. Focusing on the product team now, many of them focus too much on marketing and not enough on product development. Some fancy themselves as marketers, not realizing that an entire team with more experience specializes in marketing. Swim lanes are blurred and there is no urgency to change.
