      From a corporate perspective, RRD has been in business a long time and is a reliable source of income

      Cons

      Culture is more "old school" and with potential economic headwinds coming in the private equity owner has not hesitated to close underperforming plants.

      Amazing training scheme so even with minimal experience you can start the job off right and you’re not just thrown into it.

      Cons

      No salary negotiations at all, just an offer. Upward mobility seems somewhat limited, but we will have to see.
