Pros
Salary is pretty competitive. Coworkers are generally pleasant to work with although reasons could be because of a mutual dislike of employer. Swing shift if you enjoy that.
Cons
No flexibility. Increasing amount of rules added to assure employees are inconvenienced rather than convenienced. Shift work if you dislike that. Outsourcing to off shore places resulting in work force reductions. No voice in the work place. Management that does not look out for employees. Hostile work environment all together.
