Pros

They allowed employees to take regular breaks at their own pace.

Cons

The management was disorganized and unresponsive to day-to-day questions. Soon after being hired, it was unclear what the expectations were and who employees needed to go to for direction. Management operated in a secretive manner and on a few occasions lied to clients at the expense of the employees who management could easily pass on the blame, then replace. The management of this department operated in the most unethical, unprofessional manner short of illegal activity. Do not work here.

Pros

Can't think of any. Seriously, there aren't any pros with this company unless you're masochistic.

Cons

Very hostile work enviroment. You have to join a clique. Told one week of training would be provided, and didn't receive any training. All the training and jobs are being outsourced to Chennai, India. Management lies to you when they hire you, and lays off when group in India is fully staffed for specific client. Employee turnover rate is higher than a fast food restuarant. This company doesn't follow state labor laws. HR is a joke. I'd give this company a negative five star rating if this website allowed for it.
