      Pros

      Everyone strives to live the core values and anyone here can tell you what they are. Management cares and works to support the field teams. Small company feel with big company resources. Job security. Excellent pay if you're willing to work hard. My manager of about 2 years cares about my success and helping me grow. Owner and field ops managers are outstanding.

      Cons

      Just like anywhere, there are some folks that don't fit the culture. A couple of bad apples are hopefully on their way out or being coached on improvement.
