      Plenty of new construction experience

      Not very good money considering we are performing a trade skill. Piece rate pay outs don’t get increased as inflation goes up.

      Pros

      Be very careful, taking a job with this company. The construction managers run the show, and if you say anything that they feel is against them, the managers will get rid of you, regardless of how hard of a worker you are.

      Cons

      The alpha male construction managers are not willing to work together with you or help you.
