Pros

Not much to brag about when it comes to being "good" , the pay is LESS than the norm, and the insurance is WAY to much, most people that work here are below the "market" value, can't even make the bills for the work that's requested of employees, it's NOT enough.

Cons

Has suggestion box......WHY? NOTHING is right here. Everyone sleeps with everyone else, the "holidays"/ retreats/ bonuses are a joke, if you don't mind sleeping around you'll get ahead.....good/hard working people that go the extra mile are "crapped" on.

Too Many Layers

Pros

Compensation is good, it has okay benefits and some perks like traveling, business lunches, and rewards.

Cons

All the different management layers make it impossible to get anything done. The size of the company and the growth that is expected makes for a very shady environment where you feel very unstable. Ideas are not welcomed, working hard and caring about the staff and the clients gets you nowhere, on the other hand other people do the very minimum and those are the ones that get promoted. Nothing makes sense, most departments just go by doing nothing and when complaints happen they just pass the ball and point fingers at someone else.

Pros

My team members were nice but that's it.

Cons

-Medical insurence high -HR team is terrible and inprofessional -Higher management gets paid bonuses and incentives off the backs of team members who are is a smaller position -Management expects you do do everything and you get in trouble even when the work load is alot while doing their job -No one respects you if your in a every levelpositions -I been there for years and the kept rejecting me for internal positions with no explanation - you get 50 cent raises -mental health will go down expecially if you are a high performer -you job duties will change and increase overtime -they are giving our jobs oversees and they suck at their job -the metrics is strict and very hard to hit and you can lose you job with 3 strikes -you need permission to do everything like you a child -management cant do their job but dump all their duties on you until you cant handle it anymore and you get fired - I do feel like having metrics this hard is an easy way to have people fired or quit so they can give your job away - they do not care about workers at all, only money and clients -pay is unlivable -metrics is 90 percent everyday!!! if you have a bad day..written up! not even robots can take this pressure everyday -it's a slave job - look else where. I don't care how nice they acting. They lying. -They lack diversity in leadership roles. All the leaders look the same and think the same.
