Although some roles have changed to create more efficient processes, R1 leadership and the talent acquisition team are continually looking to retain and grow our employees throughout the organization.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO was the only good thing.

      Cons

      You are just a number. They shake things up and restructure or rebrand yearly. They are too cheap to give people tools they need to do their jobs. We had to share logins because they wouldn’t pay for enough licenses! Turnover is so high it’s hard to believe. So many layers of management. You have more managers than skilled workers. Manger to manage a manager and so on. Was a horrid experience and would never recommend anyone work here. Lots of shady practices.
