Pros

Flexible time off. Full benefits.

Cons

Once onboarding is complete, you are on your own. Asking questions is discouraged. Upper management breeds a toxic work environment. Expect to work long hours under a lot of pressure - without a people resource to help, unless you're lucky enough to work with a peer that's willing to guide you. Prepare for a monumental amount of reporting. Prepare for a large team to supervise when you don't have the tools you need to assist them. Prepare for condescension, bullying, passive aggression, no feedback loop, learning from SOPs and videos, and being underpaid for the amount of work you do. Prepare for low employee morale. Prepare for being forced to micromanage and be micromanaged. Be prepared for upper management who act one way on camera, and differently off camera. Prepare for it being broadcasted and made known to everyone that you are not liked or respected, if that's the case. Get ready to be able to file a complaint with HR. Be prepared to resign without a job lined up if your path follows most. Prepare for HIGH turnover.
