Some managers need to learn how to do the job so they will appreciate the value of the job. Great coders are hard to find and when they start leaving one after another because of lack skills, can't answer questions that pertain to the job, doesn't know the most popular tool needed for the job, asking inexperience employees about MU, the lists goes on and on. The problem isn't the company; it's the manager. Get a real manager and your reimbursement will increase.

Managements professionalism and personal moral values were pretty lacking. Obvious sexual/verbal harassment from supervisor and no immediate repercussions from HR.
