-Career advancement and progression only occur with the support of competent managers, mentors, and HR (which is non-existent at Accretive; most HR staff have no prior experience. Even the head of HR is constantly putting out fires instead of implementing talent and performance management or workforce planning
-Recruiters have bad reputation and are known for being lazy in the industry and by peers.
-Cherry picking of favorite employees and burn/churn of younger, cheaper staff (high turnover)
-Many junior level employees are scared/intimidated of management
-Intimidation by CEO (and family members/employees) and some of the VP's; unprofessional environment at times
-Nepotism prevalent (fairly high percentage of employees with ties to CEO)
-Does not always practice what it preaches and much disconnect throughout the company re: initiatives/progress/direction; still no protocol/procedure although claims to be a process-oriented company and reinventing of the wheel
-Questionable ethics within leadership team
-Official communication low, unofficial communication/gossip high
