      Best thing i've ever done!

      Pros

      - Great education staff and mentors - Earn while you learn - Perfect blend of independence with ample oppurtunity to grow - Wellbeing support - Flexibilty and diversity of jobs meaning you dont get bored

      Cons

      Shift work isnt for everyone but you recieve rosters well in advance so you have ample time to plan out of work activities
